Natural Solutions

Just wanted to share that I do believe I finally found relief for my extreme foot itchies and dry, flaky skin!! It has been horrible for the past 3 years and has grown to cover 85% of my foot and is so, so unbearably itchy!! Well, not anymore!!! I have the itchies very rarely and this works better than anything else I have tried. The recipe? Hehe, Coconut oil and DDR Prime essential oil from doTERRA morning and night. That’s it!! 10 days later and my foot almost looks completely normal!!! { I also add in a little lavender oil a couple times a week} I can wear sandals again! Yippee!  Hope this helps anyone that suffers from anything like this!!

For more information on how to get these oils or to have me send you a free sample send me an email!!!

Work is one of those things that are a necessity in our home. In fact, I think we actually need to do even more of it. It has proven in all of us and especially our children to promote feelings of happiness, accomplishment, belonging, self worth, importance, naughtiness is way less and we all get a better nights sleep as well.

Colossians 3:23

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men

Little, mischievous idle hands kept busy keep the naughties at bay and mama’s sanity in tact. :] Little eyes fall quickly asleep at bedtime and a full night rest helps. us all to wake up chipper.

Proverbs 16:27-29

 Idle hands are the devil’s workshop; idle lips are his mouthpiece.

Learning a good work ethic early on is important to my husband and I.

A sweet 13 year old girl comes home everyday to care for her horses. Dreams of becoming a horse trainer one day. Mucking stalls, grooming and feeding are only part of the hard work it takes.

She is showing dedication and responsibility.

Now, if I can just get her to work this hard on her other chores…. {;

An 11 year old boy stock piling for his firewood business he is starting up this year. Making money is a big desire of his and he is proving that he will work hard for it.

All the while building skills for his dream to one day work for his dad running heavy equipment.

This Lenten season I am striving to be outside working with my children and husband more. Washing dump trucks and excavators to get ready for the next week, splitting wood, cleaning stalls and blazing roads through the dirt with my little one. These are the things that matter. Not the the dirty dishes in the sink, laundry to be done, vacuuming, etc.

I have to say that today I can’t lift my arms [ boy is that chain saw heavy!] my shoes smell like horse manure and I have a little one begging non stop to go out and play, but the closer bond with my children and husband is priceless and for me, this all brings a closer bond of thankfulness with Him. ❤

May you all have a blessed day!!
